What do you get when you mix a love for storytelling, a systems mindset, and a curiosity about how people create?

A design researcher who turns everyday workflows into opportunities for empowerment and innovation.

Tanvi explores how design and strategy can shape human behaviour and unlock creative potential. Her journey has taken her from building simple tools for artisans in India to collaborating with global brands and creative communities at Adobe. Over time, she has learned that the most meaningful change often comes not from inventing something entirely new, but from reimagining what already exists.

With an eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and a steady supply of tea, she is dedicated to helping creators thrive through systems that restore agency and scale empathy.

Early in her career, Tanvi contributed to design and concept explorations and workshops with the Play2Transform Group, supporting initiatives acknowledged in Avinash Jhangiani’s book Play to Transform, which explores how creativity and play can rehumanize systems. This formative experience shaped her belief that human-centered design and systems thinking drive meaningful change, a philosophy she continues to apply globally.
